今天，老师给我们看了一个叫《毒品是死亡之花》的视频。我们看了之后深有感触。
吸毒者大都是交友不慎、好奇心变成了吸毒成性、上瘾。家长忙于工作而疏忽对孩子的管制，才使他们有机会接触到毒品。毒品不但会对我们的身体会有非常大的危害，而且还会让我们走上犯罪的道路。不仅害了自己还害了家人。有人因吸毒而导致家破人亡，有人因吸毒而疯狂地杀害了自己的家人，说明吸毒对个人、家庭、社会的影响极其大。
毒品主要有冰毒、海洛因、摇头丸、吗啡、大麻、可卡因等等。这些都是会对我们的身体造成非常大的的危害：让人神精错乱、产生嗜睡、感觉迟钝、破坏神精元、记性下降、运动失调、幻觉、妄想、定向障碍等，以至于慢慢的开始了丧失人性。造成杀人、抢劫等犯罪现详。令人走入无底的深渊。摇头丸是一个新型毒品，先在美国广为流传，后传到我国。摇头丸吃了后会不停摇头，神精错乱，会极度兴奋。会引起食欲不振、牙关紧闭、恶心、肌肉痛、运动失调、流汗、心悸、疲倦及失眠。而且药效长，会上瘾。在迪吧、ktv、酒吧等容易吸引青少年的娱乐性场所，经常会看见贩卖这些药品的违法分子。我们不要接近着些地方，不然会走上无尽的深渊。有个人在迪厅时被朋友迷惑，竟吃了摇头丸。为了吃到摇头丸，他不惜花光家里的钱去买摇头丸。从一个富有的人变成一个穷光蛋，这就是吸毒的悲惨后果。所以请大家拒绝吸毒，不要毁了自己的花样年华。毒品是死亡之花，吃了它就是和死神共舞。了我们的明天，请珍惜生命，拒绝毒品，不要贪图一时痛快，毁掉终身幸福！毒品，是一把杀人不见血的刀，是一个吃人不吐骨头的“白色恶魔”。同学们，让我们行动起来，战胜那可恶的“白色恶魔”吧！
